Paypal has allowed a credit card company chargeback money for an item that was picked up by a buyer and transported across state lines. Paypal has said that they are acting as my agent in this issue, but has done nothing to stop this fraud from happening in fact they have been more help to the people that have done this scam then to me. Paypal is impossible to contact or to get somebody this isn't reading from a script overseas. any suggestions?
