Originally, I hired the landscaping service from the seller on January 11, 2018. The seller is supposed to service the property about every 2 weeks and the monthly charge was $120. They serviced the property on January 12 and January 27th for the $120 I paid on January 11. The next services are supposed to be on about February 10th (approx. 2 weeks from January 27th) and February 24th. I paid the money on February 5th for the February service. Seller terminated the contract on February 12th. Seller didn't do any service on February as they didn't send any email proofs in February. Also, there is no way seller would have done the 2 services in February as second service was supposed to be done on about February 24th and the seller terminated the contract on February 12th. Seller always sends email proofs after servicing the property as agreed at the time of hiring the seller's service. However for the $120 I paid on February 5th seller didn't send any email proof of the landscape service. This is landscape service and hence there should be atleast 2 weeks gap in between for the bushes/plants to grow in order to trim them. It cannot be done anytime sooner. I asked the seller to refund $120 for the February service. Paypal is closing the case saying that the seller has provided proof for 2 services in February. How is this even possible? Seller terminated the contract on February 12th. How can seller provide proof of service for February 24th. I am really perplexed by the PayPal's decision. I did several appeals. The customer service guy understands and allows me to appeal, but the back office is refusing to look into it. It looks like the seller is uploading some picture as proof, but anybody who would think about this case can easily understand that the seller could not have provided those services and they are splitting and uploading the pictures of the services done in January. I hope there is someone in the back office I can talk to and explain them how it is not possible for the seller to have provided 2 services in February, but at this point it looks like that is not a possibility. I have decided not to use PayPal anymore. I will use some other payment services in the future.
