Hello I'm using PayPal for my eBay selling. My account limited 1 month ago. I provided requested documents. Bank statements id proof vs. But still seen "submitted for review" i contacted customer help center but i receive permanently "negative balance" message. But my account balance not negative. I'm waiting a month, How can I do, please help thanks
