I have been an Ebay and PayPal user for a number of years and much more regular recently. Since about two weeks ago I have had 3 of my payments go Pending and delayed by up to 72 hours. I have telephoned and written and have been given the "PayPal is required to review certain transactions in order to minimize risk for us or our customers, etc" the first two payments eventually were approved and paid and my other purchase this evening again went to Pending payment. This is rather annoying and I can not understand why they are doing this. I have a clean record and by the looks of the feedbacks, so have the sellers I have purchased from. I would like to know how many payments go to pending and why and also, it seems that the payment actually gets deducted from my credit card as I make the payment, but doesn't actually get paid to the seller up to 3 day later!!! So, where is the money meanwhile? I thank you in advance for your response and guidance.
