Been getting this error for over 24 hours how, cant even sed 1$ to another paypal account... i need to book a hotel shortly and this is really messing with me.. contacted customer service and nothing... whats going on?? im verified, my receiver isnt blocking me as i have used them many times before... i did receive money yesterday at 12pm
