Long story short, an eBay customer has paid me £200 for an item on eBay. This has not shown up on my PayPal account (which I have been using for years) but has presumably gone to an old PayPal account which I had to abandon because I could no longer pass the two-step verification. Obviously PayPal don't answer the phone or respond to emails so is there anyway I can ensure the buyer gets his money back? I already accept that I have lost out big time as I will still have to pay seller fees and for the postage label but I don't want this guy to lose his £200. any help, advice most welcome.
