Hello! My friends account has been blocked and he doesn`t understand why. In russian support he was told that they couldn`t help him and he needed to connect with the main office. The problem is: he tried to call, but he doesn't`t speak English well enough to understand them. And he can't write to the support, because he can't even log into his account. Can you help me to solve this problem somehow? I`ll be very gratefull.
