I'm not sure if this has anything do with the problem, but someone bought an item I was selling on ebay (I used my paypal account for the payment). Now when I try to log in to my paypal account, it automatically redirects me to the business account sign up. I have tried clearing my cookies, but that did not help. Do I have to upgrade to a business account now that someone bought something from me?
