i have two seperate paypals, one personal made business and one personal. regarding the business account, halfway, i decided nevermind, but i finished the process without inputting files like passport so i could close it. however, it is not letting me. i put a name different from my birth so it would remind me this is the account not to use, but i don't want to give paypal any conception that i am doing anything illegal. i have neither recieved nor sent money and made no sales or any transactions. help???? i want to get rid of both accounts now... but for the personal account, it says i have tried too many times.
