Hi, I believe I have been taken advantaged by a fraudulent Buyer! A dispute has been opened against me (Case: PP-006-640-735-381) claiming that the item has not been received. I have provided every shred of evidence, i.e. photos of the actual parcel before sending it and the actual receipt as "PROOF OF POSTAGE" which clearly indicates that I have sent off the item. After much deliberation PayPal STILL favoured the buyer and issued a full refund. I am absolutely appalled by this. I have shown that I have sent off the item and I want to Appeal this! I am given this option on the Dispute's page but it won't allow me to add anything, leaving me completely unable to do anything. I believe I have only a few days to take action for the Appeal but I cannot do it on the Dispute's page. I have the image/photos to show you directly that I indeed have made the parcel and sent it off for delivery, and I believe I have been a victim of a buyer taking advantage of the system. I have even contacted Customer Services on regards to Seller Protection but they have been unhelpful and still say the decision cannot be reversed, even after I asked for them to look at my Proof of Postage. Please help me on this matter, I look forward hearing back from anyone! 😞
