Hello I kept on seeing this in my notification ,"There’s a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access." I went to my limitation and verified my card already, but how come I still cannot use my paypal. Also there is a dispute which I already solved the problem with my bank about one week ago. I try contacting paypal agent on phone but no one picks up the phone. I am really angry right now. I sent email saying I have already solved the problem with my bank but they keep on sending me with stupid generated email which in my email I said I already talked to my bank. What part they don't understand? 😞
