Paypal have put limitations on my account so I can not pay for anything or take cash out. As I do not have a passport id or a driving licence i can not upload any id. I have sent a email but paypal told me to phone. I have phoned all times of the day for 2 days but get no reply. Does anyone have any help please. I have removed all my items from ebay and can not list anything till it is sorted. Linda many thanks
