I send a client an invoice for services provided.  They pay me directly to my bank account.  When payment is received I "record a payment" in my invoice list showing it was paid.  Now I need a report for each quarter of the year showing how much that client has paid me.  I cannot find it anywhere in reports.  In fact it doesn't even show I received money.  I this because I record a payment instead of the money coming through paypal? ... I would like to create a report showing my total fees paid to Paypal for a given period, and a report for a total funds recieved.  I just cannot see where this is done, can someone advise.  Thanks ... View more

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I consistently find a problem searching for a clients invoices by using the email search function.  Even when I actually find the invoice, copy and past the clients email address to the search window with a month on each side of the date issued...it still cannot find it.  Any thoughts? ...
