This just occurred to me and just like someone else posted everything in my gut tells me it's not a legitimate page. I did an internet search on the wording of the page and came up with lots of hits. There a lot of opinions that this is not legitimate and some that say it is but nothing that looked like it was from a definitive source. I did a Google advanced search to only search the PayPay.com domain and got zero hits. I double checked that the page was secure (https and not http). I also verified that the URL that displayed was from www.paypal.com and was not misspelled. So I very tentatively went ahead with the process and it turned out to be legitimate. But I still can not believe that PayPal has absolutely nothing on it's site to indicate that this screen is something that they occasionally do with recommendations to follow to verify that it is legitimate (like I did).
