An acquaintance of mine who has sent me funds by PayPal in the past has been sending $.01 into my account with some frequency, sometimes several times a day. I asked him about it and he said it was a mistake, but it continues and now he ignores my inquiry. Can anyone tell me what the explanation for this might be?
