I recently ordered an IPhone 8 plus 256 gb from this lady (I won't say her name) and she told me my phone should be at the post office by Saturday, February 24th, 2018. So today I went to the post office and they said there wasn't a package there for me. I tried to text her but my messages aren't going through & the email that's connected to her pay pal isn't real. I have proof that I tried to contact her and got nothing. What should I do & Will I be able to get a full refund since I didn't get my item?
