Thanks for the reply and the link, I totally agree with you that the funds are between him and Paypal. However, he doesn't seem to grasp this and instead is wanting to release the purchase when the money is in his account. I corresponded with him this morning and he replied, have you shipper bring the cash and then I will release the item. At this point I am inclined to cancel the deal, however how do I do this and receive the money back? Seems like I am between and rock and a hard place here, through no fault of my own.
