Hi, You can easily manage billing agreements online for trials and subscriptions you may have signed up for. to find and cancel these Login to your account, Click the settings cog at the top right, Click "manage Pre Approved Payments",   This will allow you to terminate any subscriptions so you are not charged when the trial ends. ... Hi, If no payment has been received into the account, PayPal wont be able to open a Claim for a Transaction that doesn't exist. i would recommend giving the US Support team a call, and it would be a good idea to contact the courier to try and recover the parcel in transit before it is delivered.   Its good practice to always make sure the funds are in your PayPal account before sending the item. although i understand the email may have looked very legit, take a look into our forums on how to recognize a legit paypal email. if you are ever unsure, you can call us and we can look at outgoing messages we have sent to your email to be sure. Hi,  in order to receive funds to an email or phone number it must be added & confirmed first. this can be done online through the website, simply login and click the settings cog at the top right. and under number make sure its confirmed, this will send a text to your phone with a pin code. after you enter the code online it will complete the process.   I also understand you are also having issues trying to withdraw, in order to get that resolved we would need to take a look into the account and see where the issue is. you can call or email us through the help and contact page https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/home and choose contact customer service. make sure the contact page is relevant to your country ... Hi, Sometimes The IVR system may not recognize a legit Mobile number on the account, But its always best to check the number is both added and confirmed on the account. you can do this by logging in and clicking the Settings cog at the top right, then click update or + next to the mobile number section on the website. ...
