I'm a mom and I work2 jobs I packed and sent out 20+ items costing me $3.17 each pay pal waited until they tracked delivery upon delivery decided that I guess why pay her it's not their water that's off ! So I gave up my pending balance refunded everyone but I'm still out my albums and my expenses I will start social media blogs and post this until I can't breath its an atrocity it makes me see why all the phone calls are answered in the philapenes proud to be an American when they bully you into poverty !
