Can anyone help me get my money back after an scammer took it while I was trying to buy something from him but accidentally sent the money through instead of goods and service option. When asked the buyer he said he will return the money to me by Wednesday afternoon yet but he started to block me off on every contact I had of him on Tuesday and that’s when I realised that it was an scam and reported to my bank straight away. They said that I would have to wait till few days at least 14-15 days to get my credit back but if I solved in the sellers favour then the bank will take them credit out again so I decided to contact PayPal and again and they kept saying that I need to open disputes with the seller to resolve this situation but how can I do that if I can’t get into contact with him and when explaining. Plus it looks like PayPal hires some idiots to answer others support messages because they all keep saying something like open disputes or not valid reason for this situation. Therefore I am keep to get help from someone who had this happend with him already and have managed to resolve it by getting refund.
