I have a Paypal account that was a business account and was linked with my Ebay listings. Due to an ongoing investigation that I am sure I will be exonerated from and all the fallout from that, my account was limited and very **bleep**ed up. I decided to downgrade my business account to a personal account and then I want to create a new Paypal Business Account for business use from here on in. However, there is still a little money in my first account that Paypal is now holding for 180 days. Will my new Business account have any of the same limitations due to the investigation? Are the two accounts linked in any way that if one has problems or holds, it will affect the other. Can Paypal just go take money from one account for the other or hold money from one account for the other or how does that work. I'm hoping to get back in business in some way while this stupid mess is cleared up.
