From what the letter in the mail says no back up bank act. If the funds aren't in PayPal the transaction gets declined. I'm **bleep**. My letter says my debit card (Which is linked to my bank) will be closed on March 31st. Have to get the stupid cashcard (Which I refuse to do). So ya um no I will not be. How rediculas to have to go to the store find out what my purchase total is. Say hang on, go online transfer funds from bank to PayPal to complete my purchase? When my PayPal card now just pulls it from my bank if it needs to. This is bs
