Here is what I am trying to do: I want to wire myself money. Unfortunately, Xoom is asking me for documents I do not have access to right now, and they do not support transfers from my PayPal balance. Is there any other way I can do this? The reason I want to wire myself money is that my bank recently merged while I am overseas, and the new ATM card has not reached me despite repeated calls to my bank about it.
