I keep being told I am approaching my limit which is now £1,671.30, but this is not so. The total of current outstanding transactions is £404.28 and, of that, £216.28 is being paid this week. You also keep asking me for proof of identity but I do not have a scanner. Where can I send copies of relevant documents?
