Hi I have a seller account on eBay and I am selling a watch RRP £1000 and he wants it for £820 which he said he would send via PayPal. I am quite sceptical doing it outside of eBay as buyer also only has two feedback. He wants the item sending next day delivery. Can he reverse the charges and say he’s not received it or anything? Also could I transfer the amount over from PayPal to my bank account straight away? Thanks Chris
