You need to know the shipping address - not sure how others could possible figure out shipping fees if all they have is email address ?? You're not doing anything wrong - however you need to know the buyer's address. What you may want to do is send the buyer an invoice, that way not only will you get paid, you'll also have the physical address. This also helps your seller protection as you have better documentation of an actual sale. Note, don't ship until you have the money in your Account Balance and be sure to get the tracking info.
