Paypal has emailed to tell me to verify my identity and frozen my account until it is done. However, when I try to log in and upload my document, it tells me that my account is up to date and all cleared. This is not correct and as a result I cannot access the payments that my customers have made. I can't email Paypal back and can't seem to work out how to share the required document to confirm my identity. Can anyone help me out?
