Hi all I recently sold an item (Advertised on Facebook) and took a paypal personal payment for the item. The item arrived with the buyer, however, they were not satisfied with the item, so I was happy for them to return it for a refund. However, the item arrived back to me damaged, and both of us agreed to a partial refund in order for me to fix my item and then sell it back on. When i go to make the refund, it will only allow me to make a full refund. I do not want to make a separate payment incase the other party decides to make a claim, in which case I could be down on even more money! Could someone help with how I can move forward with this?
