I don't use paypal for shipping yet this unscrupulous company continues to charge me a fee based on shipping costs. I was part of a successful class action suit against paypal years ago and subsequently opted out of their arbitration clause. I have not heard of any other company charging consumers when the individual does not use that company's service. Is this unethical, illegal or theft? On another note, for everyone to think about: paypal frequently charges 1¢ more for each sale and shipping charge than the actual cost. Of course 1¢ will not financially ruin anyone but paypal claims they do close to 10 million transactions every day. That creates an extra $100,000 in illegally collected funds for paypal PER DAY!
