So my account has been suspended for 6 months since August and I've received an email I am able to transfer my PayPal funds to the bank and I've tried check, card, and bank and all keep saying it's not able to. I've tried everything. I emailed and called them but no reply back. PayPal customer service is awful. Any ideas?
