PayPal is refusing to transfer money to my bank account, this is my money and it is fairly annoying. I needed the money yesterday, and have been strugglinf with this. It is telling me to use the older version of the page to manage bank transfer, but when i do all That happens is a page refresh. I hope I can receive help with this annoying issue.
