I am trying to buy something off Ebay using the PayPal Credit line. I am approved for $3,000 and am trying to make a purchase for $300. I called Ebay but they said it's youguys(PayPal) for the reasoning I cannot make this transaction heres the message it keeps giving me. Your application can't be processed.
