I created an account, and the name is wrong, this was ok, but now I have account limitations so I need to upload documents to prove who I am. In order to do this I need to change my name. I go to profile, name, change. I then choose your name is incorrect then go to send us documents. I try to upload an image of my driving licence as suggested by paypal. Then when I get to the last stage and click upload I get a loading sign then nothing happens. How do I fix this.
