Funny how PayPal still has not fixed this. Everytime I call. The dumb Philippines workers do not believe me. They just say “we will take note of it”. Basically never going to be fixed lol ... View more

The Disputes for PayPal is broken. As a Buyer. I can not click anything. PayPal will ask for me to respond to a claim or add details. So when I click the button to do so. It takes me to an error page every single time. What happened to the resolution center? You have millions of dollars but can’t fix your links? I call PayPal about this month’s ago and they just ignore me. Now they are saying my case is closed. Like yeah it makes sense why the link would take me to an error page but not before. On top of that it’s now asking me to respond to the case by Feb 12. When the Philippines lady keeps telling me the case is closed. Okay if it’s closed then why is it still open on my end and asking me to respond? I keep telling her this and she doesn’t believe me and thinks it’s just email I received. PayPal has gone to the trash can. Customer service needs to go back to the USA. The foreign workers are robots who don’t seem to understand the actual problem. Ridiculous.
