Could it be true that NO ONE has an answer to this very simple question? I see Pay Pal offers a few different kinds of cards, and a couple of them seem to be debit cards, yet when i applied for the one that seemed closest to what i want, it took me a Credit Card application. Also, can someone tell me honestly, is Pay Pal a good substitute to a bank account? I've had my PP account for nearly 4 years, but only used it once, when i first opened it - but NOW I'm considering it as an online bank account. I have no need for a brick & mortar bank service anymore, and i see PP mentioned so often on the net - can people please tell me how they use THEIR own PP accounts and how useful, practical, reliable, honest, professional, convenient, etc etc etc and if most stores, on and off line, accept PP for every day Personal business transactions? Thank You RD
