Last week a customer service rep called and I had just got home from hospital. Asked if I could pay on account and I told him it would be monday. He said he could post it for monday but instead posted it for the same day. I went to pharmacy to buy meds and my account was overdrafted because of this. I begged to have the money put back in my account plus the overdraft fees which totaled up to be $191.03. I asked them to listen to recording and see that I did not authorize him to do it on that day but on Monday, Feb. 5th. They put the $100 back in the account but did not put the $191.03 but instead put $180.00 on Pay Pal Connect which I can not buy meds or Kerosene for my home. I ended up in a shelter this weekend because as I explained to them, I only had enough kersonene for a few more hours. I then got sick on Sunday afternoon and the shelter had to call for Rescue unit to take me to hospital. Now I am in the hospital with the flu. I called them back today and they refuse to talk to me or pass me on to a manger telling me she was in a meeting. I asked them to get her and to no avail. I only want what is mine. This is very cold hearted. The patient rep here at the hospital is trying to help me get legal help. In the meantime, I can't go back home because my money is still be used up in non-sufficient funds. I have my life and health insurance automatic drafted and it will kick in on tomorrow and then I will be starting all over again with bounced checks. Can someone tell me what to do. I just want what is mine.
