A customer purchased a piece of clothing from me on December 21st. Before I shipped the package he opened up a resolution to refund as he had changed his mind. He had been quite rude about the refund and getting his money back, so I just let the dispute work itself out. At this time I had the money on hold. Upon the refund going through, my paypal account went into a negative balance from the refund and the money remained on hold. It is nearly 2 months later and the money has yet to enter my account and is still on hold. Any help would be appreciated as I cannot use my paypal account with a negative balance.
