That doesn't work. First I got the "unverified phone #" (which is WRONG, btw), now, I am unable to proceed until I submit a credit card #, security code and expiration date. Pay Pal doesn't have any of those. Really frustrating! wrote: Figured it out! If you are hitting pay with on the Cart screen you will get that message everytime! If you step through the shopping cart and identify the shipping information the next tab is Payment and youcan pay with PayPal there.
