I sold a large item on ebay and was told the buyer had paid with an echeque. The estimated completion date was January 31st but it still hasn't completed. Does anyone know why this might be/what I should do about it? Also, the buyer has now asked if I could ship the item at his cost, when it was advertised as collection only.
