Hi I sold a phone on eBay in December, today I received an email from PayPal and he's put a claim in for the phone saying it's not as described. I've googled his email address and low and behold he has another eBay account on that on that email that specialises in selling phones on eBay. I've actually found my phone in his sold listings with basically my description, and my box that my warranty sent the repaired phone back in. I've already replied to the case before I found this information and now I cannot seem to find a link or email address to contact PayPal as this is crucial I would think for me.
