We have a small business, and our website is connected to our paypal when a customer orders and pays. We are not getting any notifications through our email when a paypal payments is sent and there are no transactions on our paypal page from customers that i know have sent money through paypal to our account... i have tried everything. we have had the same email connected to the paypal and also added one that we are planning on using after this issue gets solved. I have had both emails set to primary and also both emails are connected in our email on our computer that we are supposed to get notifications from. Our website also had the correct email connected to the same one as our paypal. HELP. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING. The previous owners name is still affiliated with the account which we are in the process of changing, but that still doesn't explain why we are not getting any notifications through the email that has been linked to the account
