It dawned on me that I was testing by resending an IPN transaction and the old transaction is remembering where it was sent (old url) and sending there again. I need a new transaction which would use the new url.

I have updated my IPN URL but when I resend transactions to test, the IPN system continues to use the old URL. Is there a delay before IPN uses the changed URL?
