If you continue to pay the paypal account... (I'm assumimg it's inder her SS#) then she could be charged with what they call "preferential payments" to that one account. It could cause her alot of trouble if her other creditors find out prior to the bankruptcy court date. That is what my lawyer told me when i asked him if i could keep one credit card exempt from the Bankruptcy and just continue to pay it.
