I got the following message from one guy: The PayPal setup instructions are as follows- Log in to PayPal. visit https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/ then under "Rest api credentials", create a new app with any name you like. After creating the app, you have to give us the app credentials. On the upper right corner of the app dashboard, you will see "Sandbox/Live". Click on "Live". Then you will get the client id and secret key. send us those. And make sure that your PayPal account meets the following criteria- 1. Received at least 1 payment for goods or service more than 2 moths ago 2. Received at least $100 in total for goods or service 3. Received at least 5 payments in total for goods or service Otherwise any payment you receive for goods or service will be held for 21 days. 2 payments can be sent today totaling nearly 200 GBP. Should send you next instructions/information soon. I have never dealt with developer.paypal.com and have no idea how it works but it looks like the guy is going to scam me, am i right? Thanks.
