Since yesterday ive been trying to withdraw my paypal balance, I have a PayPal prepaid card.....but that didn't work, I tried transferring it to a bank account I have linked, that didn't work either, then I saw the option to transfer in minutes to an eligible debit card.... STILL DIDNT WORK!!! The error message said RIGHT NOW, WE CAN NOT MAKE THIS TRANSACTIO , PLZ TRY AGAIN LATER. I called paypal....he asked security questions and tried to help me access my money but it didn't work. So this morning I try it again......and still nothing. There HAS TO BE SOMETHING TO DO OR SOMEONE ELSE TO CALL SO THAT I GET MY $$. I MEAN WHAT GIVES PAYPAL THE RIGHT TO DENY ME WHATS MINE ANYWAY!
