I've been ON pay-pal since before it was bought out by the massive nameless, faceless machines known as COMMERCE ... NEVER in all the time I have been ON paypal have I EVER seen an "INSTANT MONEY TRANSFER" as ADVERTISED by the company. I have used credit cards, and bank accounts - Canadian AND American ... and oddly it's the same song and dance out of the "customer service" dept. I could FEDEX cash to RUSSIA faster than it takes PAYPAL to process any bank OR credit card payment within the same country ... I could use WESTERN UNION and they actually DO do instant transfer ... But the CLAIMS as made by pay-pal which are quite obviously erroneous and FALSE - should warrant SOMEONE suing and winning the legal dispute - they make the claims, they advertise a service - and then they CONSISTENLY FOR A DECADE fail to provide it. I want MY MONEY and I want it in less than a week. IT's friggen DATA which transfers INSTANTLY - I could move actual hard cash DOLLARS faster using a courier than these jerks can process data ... what's wrong with this picture? AND - SO MUCH FOR PAY INSTANTLY WITH PAYPAL! They CLAIM it's temporary when you set up an acct They CLAIM it's because I'm out of the USA (oddly however all the bank info REMAINS in the USA so thats a misnomer) They CLAIM it's just NOT their fault ... but then whose is it and whose business is it ... oh it's MY fault then is it as the client? Right ... I'll get right on that ... They CLAIM instant money transfer and payments - but I have NEVER EVER seen it happen EVER. The money comes out of MY ACCOUNT instantly sure ... but paypal then INVESTS IT and thats why they hold it for a week ... so they can get return off it. That's the ONLY POSSIBLE RATIONAL explanation ... And we're ALL being scammed by a company that misrepresents - falsifies - lies - and steals. YOU never see interest for your week of waiting - but I bet that investment YOU bought into and don't even know about - paid them well. I want access to MY CASH the moment it leaves my bank account or credit card - JUST LIKE YOU ADVERTISE YOU DO.
