I can't seem to add a bank account even I did before using the same local bank account name, account number, bank code. I even successfully transferred money to this local bank account of mine here in the Philippines when I had an account I closed recently. The error message is: Gateway Timeout. I reside here in the Philippines, I had previous account before and I added my bank account successfully even transferred money from Paypal to my Local Bank (Banco De Oro). But right now I can't seem to add my bank account due to this error message: Gateway Timeout. The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.    Please help me what I have to do. I repeated this over and over again and this is the same message I got everyday.  ...
