After I made the order I didn't receive anything for a week. I emailed them asking about it and they didn't reply, so I started a dispute on here. And told him to cancel it. He texted me it had been sent but couldn't provide a tracking number until he was in the office the next day. I said if it's not been dispatched don't send it. He sent it three days later. So I escalated this to get my money back. PayPal refused because I cancelled the order, but his website said that was ok and he posted it after I had told him to cancel it. So I don't understand? Where can I go from here? I've refused one parcel and returned the other so I don't even have the items he's refusing to refund dispute his website stating cancellations and refunds are ok??
