A 0% feedback guy won the auction for one of my listings and he "paid" as on paypal it appears on pending (do not ship warning comes out) but on my ebay it would say "AWAITING FOR PAYMENT" as the guy messaged me asking me when I was going to ship the item, I replied that there was a problem with the payment and also pointed out the fact that he had 0% feedback. I cancelled the order and now ebay is asking me to refund the money which I dont have (Its pending) and also have charged me an invoice for the "sold" item. I tried to refund the transaction via Resolution Center but when I select the case, it says "Error - Let's try that again; Looks like something went wrong on our end" thus I'm unable to refund that transaction. **Note that I can access any other case but not this one. Anybody that can give me any information to resolve this please? I'd appreciate it so much, this is very annoying.
