1) I sold a picture 2) buyer said he didn't want the picture 3) buyer opened case "item not as described" 4) paypal refunded buyer 5) I am like, "where the heck is my item then?" 6) paypal did not request buyer to return my item, and buyer did not return my item, no return info on my ebay regarding the picture deal, no shipping info regarding the return. 7) I appealed decision "item not as described" since I listed to sell picture under Art category, title and description correctly. Buyer just didn't want the picture. I also appeal the decision paypal made which lead to buyer's no return action and lead to my item lost. 😎 paypal stay on same decision. Then where is my item? I just lost it this way? Any thoughts paypal? For whatever reason you refunded anyway, but at least you have to make sure I get back my item, right? Fair? Respect?
